Week ends in 2 days and I'm set for 100%. I have a lot of energy, a good attitude, more spring in my step. I know I look better when I drop a few - my clothes feel better and it's just a good feeling. The diet part is huge - no question - but the exercise piece makes a huge difference. I already see the muscle coming back and the weight definitely drops faster when I exercise! Hope everyone is having success and fun!
