first week after i cut out protein bars and replaced with beans. Dropped my sugar intake almost in half.
211.0 lb Lost so far: 44.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

2162 kcal Fat: 68.79g | Prot: 223.35g | Carb: 158.86g.   Breakfast: sara lee whole wheat bread, Jif natural peanutbutter, coffee, Benefiber, whey protein. Lunch: Mixed Vegetables, Red Kidney Beans (Without Salt, Cooked, Boiled), Tilapia (Fish). Dinner: whole wheat tortilla mission, great value 2% Reduced Fat Sharp Cheddar Cheese, great value sour cream, 93/7. Snacks/Other: Classic 100% Whole Wheat Bread, Jif natural peanutbutter, Fat Free Cottage Cheese, Benefiber, Whey Protein. more...
