I hope the "zone" is here to stay! My appetite is lower, I don't want to eat crap, I'm exercising with gusto, drinking water and peeing alot, and really happy. I am down a few pounds which is normal and that makes me feel good too, but I really like it when I feel connected to a healthy lifestyle. Such a great feeling.
I hope all the Challenge people are having success and feeling good too!
