Gave up on the Monday night spin class. The instructor just drives me nuts. I think part of the problem is that the Thursday night instructor is just sooooo much better. It's getting to be time to ride outside anyway.

I'm going to try eating this weekend like I do during the week. That means planning everything out ahead of time. No more free form eating.
