have been losing 0.4 to 1.5 lbs a day! wow!!! weight loss seems real easy for me at this point in my life. Even over-eating has been part of the plan. Look at the motivation I'm gaining from just taking off that excess. It will last till I get where I want to be, which is just 6 lbs away at this point. haven't reached the plateau effect yet, but a good feeling tells me I should reach my goal weight and that, beyond the time frame I had set for myself. would have never guessed the first 5 days would get me losing 5.6 lbs.

visually, my face is less fatty already (of course. in my case, it doesn't take much.) and my legs are at the beginning of a climbing thigh gap which I don't expect to be made a complete thigh gap, but there's a climb, which at least means less heaviness to my thighs is to be expected from now on. and that means more flexibility when working on the ground.

food wise I haven't pulled any sissy fits because I am able to feed myself now that I make money.
131.0 lb Lost so far: 51.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
