Totally at a plateau!!! I am SUPER frustrated!!!!!!!!I can not get out of the 120's!!!!!!!!!!!!! Any suggestions?
122.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.5 lb a week

I was being nosy and noticed that you are breast feeding. I also breast fed my son till he was 6 months. I did not start dropping the weight till after I dried up, which made no sense because your body burns more calories when you are producing milk. I would just be patient till you wean then start cutting calories and vary your workout everyday. I did that and I was dropping 5 lbs. every week. I did 1/2 hour yoga, 1/2 hour aerobics and walked 2 miles everyday. I worked different parts of my body each day. Your muscles need variety. Don't be so judgmental! You have 3 kids and you are under 130 lbs. Hope this helps.

I was stuck at 120 lbs. for a long time. All I can say is that the Fat Flush plan really helped me off my plateau! Since you are breastfeeding I would say that fully commiting to the diet is probably a bad idea. I guess you could just eliminate sugar and caffine. You should try to eat only healthy starches like sweet potatoes and whole grain breads. I know that drinking 62 oz. of water a day has really helped me alot. I wish you luck! and most of all, don't get discouraged! Be as healthy as you can be one day at a time!
