This is very frustrating. So I felt miserable about all this weight gain over the last month. Did not change my diet, anything. Did not change anything now. And all of a sudden all water gone in 3 days, and I am back where I was a month ago. Go figure. Also was very sleepy over the last 3 days, not my usual insomnia. So it must be something hormonal.
174.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
