exaggerating so far. surpassing considering how much I was eating before. guess I finally got really sick of the subtle weight gain and acne combined with the new sedentary full time worker lifestyle. I'm not going to either away in some corner of my mind to collect dust. I have to preserve the best parts of who I am.
136.6 lb Lost so far: 45.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
