Well, now that I'm just about 6 weeks postpartum I'm going to start tracking and trying to slowly lose weight. Since I'm still nursing and plan on continuing, I'm looking to have a slow and steady weight loss. Nothing too shocking to my system as I don't want to possibly release toxins into my breast milk or lose my supply! My goal is still 150, so now instead of less than 10 pounds to goal (like when I got pregnant), I'm at 37. Not terrible, but still have a journey in front of me.
Here are my measurements from today. I haven't had a chance to look back and see what they were when I got pregnant, but here's hoping they aren't too bad!
Neck: 14 Arm: 13 Bust: 37 Waist 37 Belly Button: 42.25 Hips: 43 Thigh: 26 Calf: 14.75
