10st 4.6 lb Fat 25.1% No WW. I was good the day of Bethany's open house, but the rest of the week I've been 'helping' finish stuff, too much temptation around for too long, and had several 2.5k cal days :( So half a pound is deserved, and in fact even a relief! Yesterday was ridiculous, quite disgusted with myself, 3k cos I was left to my own devices, and not a scrap of activity. Just need to get back on it else I'll gain next week too. I think we might be going to Iceland in Oct after all so I need a few more loss weeks beforehand!
144.6 lb Lost so far: 34.4 lb.    Still to go: 12.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
