Been on a food binge for the past month, so here I go again. Pray for me.
236.0 lb Lost so far: 42.0 lb.    Still to go: 61.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I am sorry about the binging; but it happens. Pick up and move on. Don't torture yourself over it. PLEASE don't beat yourself up. Even if you pick up a little, the overall picture is you are losing. I found that if you increase the amount of protein you eat, you're less likely to crave or be tempted by a lot of the "bad" stuff. I took a look at your numbers and you have lost 42 pounds!!!!! That's a toddler. Thank You, Father. Celebrate the things that you have accomplished. I celebrated the fact that I don't have to use my 'reacher" as much as I used to, I can actually bend over and pick up things sometimes. I know it sounds small, but for me it is a biggy. What positive things are happening for you? Focus on them. I'm sure there are more of them that you figured. In fact, why not keep a page and right them down when you think of them? "Since I lost this weight I can ..." or "I don't... anymore." Something like that. The list may not be long at first, but the more you think about it the longer it will get. Congratulations on the weight you HAVE lost. Keep going. May God richly bless you.
