I was so pleasantly surprised when I got on the scale this morning. It makes me feel great about my hard work and makes me want to continue with what I have been doing!

I even stuck to my plan at poker night last night and restrained myself when I wanted another piece of pizza, chocolate, and that second beer. I felt so rewarded this morning when I weighed myself!
161.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
