1286 kcal Fat: 33.81g | Prot: 34.29g | Carb: 137.74g.   Breakfast: kellogg's crunchy nut caramel nut, blue diamond vanilla almond milk, coffee. Lunch: oikos greek yogurt vanilla, walmart mixed fruit bowl, blue diamond chocolate almond milk, Fiber Therapy. Dinner: French Rolls, sweet leaf green tea, coffee, canned tomatoes, Onions, Cabbage, sausages. Snacks/Other: mini ice cream sandwich, merlot wine, almonds. more...
