Ate a little more than usual yesterday... A little disappointed today. Didn't hydrate as much. Only drank about 40 oz. of water... Usually drink at least 60oz.
157.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
