1273 kcal Fat: 37.15g | Prot: 41.87g | Carb: 121.38g.   Breakfast: kellogg's frosted mini-bites chocolate, blue diamond vanilla almond milk, coffee. Lunch: coffee, Fiber Therapy, blue diamond chocolate almond milk, walmart mixed fruit bowl. Dinner: brocolli, Mashed Potato, horseradish, Beef Top Sirloin (Trimmed to 1/8" Fat, Select Grade), bisto gravy granules, coffee, sweet leaf green tea. Snacks/Other: mini ice cream sandwich, merlot wine, almonds. more...
