So good! I am amazed. It was funny I weighed in just after I got up and was all disappointed when it said 175.5 because I was looking for and hoping for 176. Then I realized this was better hehe. Yeah for me. The 2 pound loss makes me nervous though, cause I hate the up and down. But it is just part of the deal!! Just gotta keep on keepin on.
175.5 lb Lost so far: 17.5 lb.    Still to go: 20.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
