9st 11.4 (no WW as Book Festival) 23.7% Fat. Weight gone up, fat gone down! But this month on the Wii doesn't look good, I use different stamps for lose, gain, maintain, and Nov has all been the stern face of gain! in fact every week since back from hol, up...up...up...5 weigh ins in a row - bad news. I've let that holiday feeling linger so long it's become a habit, I feel sugar addicted :( Must get back to tracking this week - baby steps - even if I don't do any better with what I actually eat, at least I should make my goal this week to start to get back in the tracking habit.
137.4 lb Lost so far: 41.6 lb.    Still to go: 5.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
