I started the P90X diet and it took me a few days to tweak it to my taste - but now I think I have it down. I have seen about a .3 pound/day loss over the last 2 days. The first 2 days I ate 1,800 calories and didn't really follow the portion requirement, so I had a slight gain in weight - but I knew within a week that would be gone.
