Uggg...only 1 pound lost! I'm walking and working out with weights-watching my food intake...come on already. The only positive thing is clothes are fitting better. Ok- refocus time.
162.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.8 lb a week
