I have diabetes, CHF, and many other problems. most important right now seems to be the CHF. that being the case is so very important for me to get all this fluid off my body as well as the extra body fat. I just need to remember this at all times. I need to keep this in front of my face somehow, so that I never forget what I need to do. I need to drink the right amount of liquids, and I also need to eat the right foods that will give me the help I need and will not cause more inflammation in my body.
294.0 lb Lost so far: 98.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
