HMR is working well! I'm hungry sometimes, and tired a lot (probably too low calories). I was mourning last night over what my future eating (and drinking!) will hold. Either no pizza or booze forever, or else get fat again - because I don't think I could stop the slip if I tried to moderately drink or eat junk food again.
