The changes for the recent 30 pound weight loss are:
1. Started tracking what I eat using myfitnesspal. I workout a lot and got in to some bad habits of snacking too much after workouts.
2. I stopped drinking diet pop and switched to water. I think the diet pop was triggering my cravings for snacks.
3. Made a few better choices when eating out at lunch during the week like having a side salad instead of baked potato as a side dish for my meals.
