well this week end i broke my diet 2 times one on friday and another one on sunday i tried to eat good but at the end of the day on friday i ate 7 tacos 3 beans and 4 potato and then sunday i broke it again eating 3 pieces of pizza and 2 cups of soda and 2 chocolate candy with my water requirement both days. a total of one pound gain now today i lost it hope to hit 128 lbs this week.... good luck leticia..
135.6 lb Lost so far: 18.8 lb.    Still to go: 5.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
