10st 8.2lb Fat 25.6% No WW. Well 1.6lb on after 4 nights of 3 course dinners and cooked breks is pretty good going I think! I got up for a walk before brek every day so that helped, I've had a great step count week! I even managed to hit my goal the days we spent 11hrs on coach, by trotting round the car parks of every service station we stopped at!
148.2 lb Lost so far: 30.8 lb.    Still to go: 16.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
