I am concerned I'm not going to make the goal. I still have 19 lbs to lose within two weeks!!! Maybe I was overly ambitious in thinking I could lose that much in the amount of time for the challenge. I am also bummed today because I didn't lose anything this week, I just maintained. Such a bummer when you feel like you're working hard. I am not sure if I need to revise my RDI, or what/why I stalled this week...hmm.

Has anyone hit the week of no weight loss yet?? What did you do? Need some works of encouragement here.

218.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 78.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
