This is great! 9 pounds now! Got a lot more to go, but I'm so sold on the Atkins diet! It's really working for me! Now to get an elliptical. :) Can't wait til the inches start shrinking too.
216.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 66.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
