Ok...stilllll at the same weight. But I talked to a friend over the weekend that told me just hang in there---since I am walking and working out so much I am building muscle so the scale won't tip just yet. I am noticing a difference in how my clothes feel and look on me. So its working just not the scale yet.
163.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thats awesome you are losing inches and reshaping your body. I am the same way. Have had several ppl husband included telling me I am looking good and losing weight...My response is the dumb scale doesn't say so but obviously inches are melting off and clothes are fitting better. So for the time being trying to ignore the scale. Keep it up. Have a blessed day.

thanks...its good to know I'm not the only one whose feeling this way. Good luck to you as well. I am truly hoping after a couple more weeks of working out and walking I see a few pounds off...uggh fingers crossed.
