March 27th/2012: 12:21am:

First day back in the swing of things, I feel more in control that I have felt lately. I haven't exercised in a couple days, but I will definitely be hopping on the exercise bike at some point today, probably early in the afternoon.

I finally have the FatSecret app synced to my account online, and so far it definitely has helped to remind me to record anything and everything.

Emotionally, though. I'm definitely not up to doing anything. Boo.
I'll have to try and seriously motivate/push myself to do 30-60minutes on the bike today.

Well, my green tea is done.
Hope you're all having a wonderful sleep, 'cause I certainly am not(haha).
161.5 lb Lost so far: 6.5 lb.    Still to go: 51.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
