This week in particular I really got back to business and ..... the scale didn't budge. I know I know .... you shouldn't always go by the scale, however, it is frustrating and I know I have enough weight to lose and can weigh less than this so there should be some measurement on the scale. I dont think its muscle weight (who knows lol)... dunno ....but argh this is too frustrating. Ever since the holidays I gained about 15 lbs and I cant seem to get back to even that point.
170.0 lb Lost so far: 61.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
