1287 kcal Fat: 27.09g | Prot: 40.31g | Carb: 146.80g.   Breakfast: blue diamond chocolate almond milk, coffee, bear river valley frosted tumble wheats. Lunch: oikos greek yogurt vanilla, blue diamond chocolate almond milk, Fiber Therapy. Dinner: sweet leaf green tea, coffee, Beef Top Sirloin (Trimmed to 1/8" Fat, Select Grade), Sweet Potato (Without Salt, Baked In Skin, Cooked), Vegetable Soup (Low Sodium, with Water). Snacks/Other: mini ice cream sandwich, merlot wine, almonds. more...
