So proud of myself last night!! We went out to eat with friends, and I already had my meal planned out, and I actually ate better than I planned! Also, I didn't give in to the temptation of dessert, or starbucks afterwards!! Yay!!
193.6 lb Lost so far: 22.2 lb.    Still to go: 63.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
