guess who logged a loss this week! This girl.. Im back on track! Now I got to keep it up. Weighted in at the dr's office so its "official". Im feeling strong today as a result. Going to set some high goals for myself. Aiming for 170 by September..so 14 lbs to go. Aiming for 4 lbs gone in the next two weeks. Aiming for lifting M,T, TH and F next week with 30 min of cardio a day so that means I need to get myself to the gym no later than 7am which means I need to be up at 5 and no wasting time. I can do it bc Ive done it. Including a "before" pic.. this is the one I posted on my fridge to keep me motivated.
184.0 lb Lost so far: 122.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.7 lb a week
