Heck, it was my birthday! ha ha! I had FUN all week! How can I say no to apple pie and cake when my friends purchase it for me as gifts??? Ok so I'm back on track....

A 4 lb weight gain for the first time since last November isn't bad..
221.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 51.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
