day ONE!! I work in an office...doritos for breakfast...NOT GOOD! I weigh 130-135 pounds... i fluctuate a lot. and i'm about to have my menstrual cycle. for lunch i had a spinach salad and a cup of low fat yogurt. water from here on out.
132.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
