Did really good on Beyond Diet plan until . . . DQ Blizzard on Sat, Mon; two pastries from a specialty shop, pulled pork on a bun, and ice cream on July 4th. Not sure if I got food poisoning from what I ate on the 4th or just my body did not like all that I ate and was revolting and paying me back. Still haven't gotten back to fully eating what I should and following the Beyond Diet plan yet. Stomach and whole system not settled. I will be re-starting my Beyond Diet plan on Monday, if not tomorrow. Holidays and the weekends are very hard to keep on a plan especially when you are an emotional eater.
