1300 kcal Fat: 31.88g | Prot: 43.61g | Carb: 128.56g.   Breakfast: bear river valley frosted tumble wheats, blue diamond vanilla almond milk, coffee. Lunch: shortbread cookie, blue diamond chocolate almond milk, metamucil sugar free orange fiber, oikos greek yogurt vanilla. Dinner: sweet leaf green tea, bisto gravy granules, Deluxe Steamers Broccoli Florets, Cauliflower and Carrots, coffee, Beef Top Sirloin (Trimmed to 1/8" Fat, Select Grade), Sweet Potato (Without Salt, Baked In Skin, Cooked). Snacks/Other: almonds, merlot wine. more...
