no change in weight this week, and after some very bad, stress induced consumption days, I'm actually shocked i didnt gain. bad week, overall. i need some serious motivation.
191.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 31.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
