Did not weigh myself this morning so, I am starting all over tomorrow.

I plan to follow a more vegetarian life style. I understand it is healthier for my joints, immune system and my heart.
Big problem, I really DO NOT like vegetables. Maybe, I'll grow accustomed to them as the days go by.

I really hope this helps my LUPUS and overall, I also lose weight. I want to get down to a healthier lifestyle of eating properly and walking daily.

Calculated my protein needs for a person wanting to weigh 132 lbs. The amount of protein I need per day is ~60 grams.
172.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
