Have kept my 80 lb weight loss off for 10 years, have had to have multiplee surgeries and have not been as active as I once was. Then got into some bad eating habits, love muffins, bagels, toast and lets not forget chips! My weight isn't that bad but my body shape has really changed and I don't fit any of my clothes properly, and I have been obsessing about food SOOOOOOOOOOO bad which I never did. I really really want to be able to be in control again and be able to get back to having food as a fuel and not a drug.
