Have not felt well. Graduation was last Friday and I'm proud of the few (7) pounds I was able to drop. The decrease has been slow but watching what I eat and walking has helped me.
204.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
