Tom but no increase yet. Huh. This whole learning my body thing is quite interesting.
244.8 lb Lost so far: 59.2 lb.    Still to go: 84.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Not looking forward to tomorrow weigh in. I know it'll be up. I've been crazy thirsty the past three days and tonight I ended up over eating instead of drinking my water. Right now I'm so full but still dying of thirst so the extra 8 oz I'll probably consume overnight will definitely be there. Oh well. Don't like it but can't do anything about it now! And as I know its just water weight its not the end of the world. But I still don't have to like it.
