This is day 3 of my diet! Feel I have the motivation at the moment though its giving me headaches! Must be lacking something!
240.3 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 52.9 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Doing my weigh ins every thursday at work so i know I have the same scales in the same place was exactly 109kg last week so see what i have lost if any tomorrow!
