1239 kcal Fat: 28.46g | Prot: 41.03g | Carb: 130.63g.   Breakfast: coffee, blue diamond vanilla almond milk, kellogg's frosted mini wheats. Lunch: blue diamond chocolate almond milk, metamucil sugar free orange fiber, oikos greek yogurt vanilla. Dinner: Sweet Potato (Without Salt, Baked In Skin, Cooked), Vegetable Soup (Low Sodium, with Water), Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Thigh (Skin Eaten), coffee, sweet leaf green tea. Snacks/Other: Sugar Cookies (Includes Vanilla), almonds, merlot wine. more...
