8 lbs to go til I get to move the big weight on the scale down 50lbs!!! I am so looking forward to moving that weight from 250 down to 200. I hope some of you can relate. That is going to be my next big milestone I am so eager to do it. I'm hopeful it is only 3weeks away. I believe that is do-able I am going to do it!
258.0 lb Lost so far: 82.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 10 March 2012:
1590 kcal Fat: 46.30g | Prot: 55.12g | Carb: 197.30g.   Breakfast: vanilla yogurt yoplait, fiber one chocolate peanut butter bar 90 cal, coffee. Lunch: chocolate fudge jell-o pudding fat free sugar free, italian dressing, green pepper, broiled asparagus, lettuce, hard boiled egg. Dinner: chocolate pudding pie, corn bread, chilli. Snacks/Other: daiquiri. more...
