Started Weight Watchers today. Meeting wasn't as busy as I thought it would be (being the first week of the year and all, evening and weekend meetings are probably much busier). They had a getting started meeting after the regular meeting for newbies. They gave me a Quick Start booklet which had lots of nice recipes and ideas to help me figure out what I was to eat this week. It truly did help me. I decided to try the flex plan for now, that way I could basically eat what my family was, but lightened up a bit. Points system seems easy enough. So, we'll see how this goes. Feeling confident.
