Not going down. Up a bit, in fact. Well, it's a struggle, but I'm still in it. Staying in the mid-160s seems to be my fate at the moment. I want to maintain, just at a couple of pounds lower than where I am.
165.2 lb Lost so far: 171.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You have done amazingly well Fledgist. I know you used to exercise, before you spell in hospital... Have you been able to re- start this? Maybe a little more activity might kick- start you :-)

WOW buddy..that is an awesome place to maintain..You will be able to exercise soon I am sure..but take it easy..you don't want to over do at first..Looking good my friend..:O)

Thanks. I haven't restarted exercising yet. I'm thinking of it soon. Possibly as soon as next week or the week after, depending on when we can get to the gym. Yesterday I walked about a mile (the weather was good enough, and I had errands to run at work).
