Happy with half a kilo weight loss for the week. Been under a huge amount of stress through work and we all know stress stuffs up your metabolism. I've lost 3.5cm off hips this week and a bit of shuffling around in other areas, some up half a cm others down half a cm. Diets been under the 1200 calories all week too. So happy with the small loss this week. Onwards and downwards.
170.9 lb Lost so far: 40.1 lb.    Still to go: 16.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
