Smaller loss this week, but not unexpected after almost 5 lbs last week! Excited to be 6 lbs lighter and moving on to OWL.
153.6 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 3.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Good for you.. I plan to move into OWL on Friday..looking forward to blueberries or strawberries with heavy whipping cream yumm or nuts in my salads.
