Well, how frustrating. On 3/1 I was at 161.8. 3/3 I was at 162.2 and today... I'm back up to 163. I didn't want to record on the first because it was too soon after my last weigh in. I had meant to weigh in yesterday but I forgot to step on the scale. Bah humbug.

Also, I'm wondering if the seaweed snack disagree with me. They are the only new thing in my diet and it has been almost two weeks on induction and so gastric distress from the "cheat" should be gone, I'd think. Guess I'll go google about it. *sigh* I'll be very sad if that is the problem as they make a nice snack.

I fluxuate about 3 pounds a week, mostly from salty foods. I had Korean BBQ yesterday, and I was up 3 pounds this morning. If I hydrate well today, that 3 pounds will be gone tomorrow. Are the seaweed snacks the ones from Trader Joe's? I've seen those at the check out the past couple weeks. Regardless, seaweed has lots of sodium. Drink some water and don't fret, it'll be gone.

I know how frustrating it is but you have done so well so far. As^^^ said above it could just be sodium. On the weekends I tend to drink less h2o then I do during the week so I notice a slight increase in my weight on the weekends. Slow and steady wins the race. :)

I've had the ones from TJ's, yes. Also some from Costco (I bought a case because I'd liked the TJ's version so well. And yes, I've worried about how much salt they are providing. I don't usually eat salt at all. Thanks for the encouragement!
