At last the swelling started to subside. I should have waited till today with weight in. Minus 1.5 lb of water weight just overnight. Hopefully there is still some more.
176.5 lb Lost so far: 21.5 lb.    Still to go: 22.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
